Veziorox provides digital services (video downloading service). As our service is delivered immediately upon subscription, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Overview

At Veziorox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds for our subscription services. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users to experience our Premium features without any payment obligation. During the trial period, you can:

  • Access all Premium features at no cost
  • Cancel at any time without being charged
  • No credit card required to start the trial

We highly recommend using our free trial to evaluate our service before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at app.veziorox.com/subscription or by contacting our support team.

Monthly & Annual Plans: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.

Lifetime Plan: Lifetime subscriptions are perpetual and do not require cancellation. You retain access to Premium features for as long as our service exists.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 7 days of first purchase if you have not used the service extensively
  • Pro-rated refund may be considered for technical issues preventing service usage

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively
  • Pro-rated refund within 30 days for documented technical issues

Lifetime Subscriptions

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase if service does not work as described
  • All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund period has expired
  • Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after extensive use of the service
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal (you must cancel before renewal date)
  • Issues caused by third-party platforms changing their policies or access
  • Inability to download specific content due to copyright restrictions
  • Failure to meet system or browser requirements
  • Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to refunds@veziorox.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Provide Details: Include your registered email address, transaction date, subscription type, and reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. Receive Response: We will notify you via email about the status of your refund

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

Currency: Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction (PKR). Exchange rate differences are not compensated.

Service Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue our service entirely, active subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of their subscription. Lifetime subscribers will receive a reasonable refund based on the duration of service received.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in our Terms and Conditions.
